Marie Larrouture, the chef of our beautiful Auberge in the heart of Béarn, is a passionate chef.
A 3rd generation innkeeper-restaurateur, she draws her inspiration from her memories. From her childhood at the Auberge, for the deliciousness and authenticity of the land, from her travels for exotic flavors, and from her experience with Michelin-starred chefs in New York and Paris for the touch of creativity.
She offers gourmet and refined cuisine that combines tradition and modernity. With the greatest respect for the product, she dares to be creative and favors short supply chains, sourcing mainly from local producers whose quality work she knows well.
From starters to desserts, everything is homemade according to the seasons. It's obvious and well-known because the Auberge du Relais's beautiful restaurant is renowned in the region. Regulars can discover different menus every day that evolve according to the Chef's inspiration and the arrival of the products.
It is in the pretty decor with the rustic charm of the restaurant room with its authentic woodwork and stone walls or on the pleasant covered terrace in the mildness of the first fine days that you will taste its beautiful tasty dishes.

Restaurant Hours
Winter Hours (from January 1st to April 6th inclusive)
Open from Monday lunchtime to Friday lunchtime and Sunday lunchtime.
Summer Hours (from April 7th to October 26th inclusive)
Open from Monday lunchtime to Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime.
Lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the daily menu.
Dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with the daily menu and the discovery menu.
Sunday lunchtime: Chef's Signature Menu. By reservation only.
